WellnessMafia consists of me - and anyone who subscribes and becomes part of the family. I started this channel after I ended my 7 year career in the fitness and nutrition industry. I spent many years and a LOT of money on expensive and 'prestigious' fitness and nutrition courses. BUT, towards the end, I had had enough. I suddenly saw that what I had been learning along with the rest of the general educated public was indeed bullshit. Unfortunately today, the majority of educational programs for nutrition especially at universities, are funded by the large pharmaceutical companies who have obvious monetary interest in students being taught their way of thinking. The result, is many 'experts' leaving universities and mis-educating the public on nutrition making us all more and more sick. Obviously there is always the exception. Our entire society is surrounded by poor advice on diet and exercise which actually results in very poor health. I now have a very broad view of the industry as I have learnt the 'conventional' way and now after educating myself on the truth, the right way! This channel is for those interested in natural wellness. Wellness that works with the body and nature and not against it. Its for those that believe in sustainable agriculture that does not utilize cancer causing chemicals and depletion of living soil. Its for those who take action for their own health and not relying on garbage diets and exercise programs. It is for those who wish to support a fight against the large companies that poison our food with cancer causing chemicals and environment destroying methods.

I do not claim to be an expert and have only made this channel to share what I have learned and continue to learn. It's for fun too and I definitely do not take myself seriously.

HERES WHAT IM ALL ABOUT:

I support - Organic biodynamic sustainable agriculture and the exclusion of cancer causing pesticides, fungicides and herbicides from our food. I support growing our own food ourselves using the same methods. I support free thinking and not relying on western governments to protect us but use us for their own gain. I support exercise that is functional to our everyday lives and creates smart muscles and not just large muscles!
