I'd hate a remake of this game. The thing is, this game doesn't need one. It isn't dated enough. Even today, it's visuals are still wonderful. FFIV, V, VI, and VII don't need remakes.

If they did indeed do a remake, it would indeed be disappointing to see the characters remodeled in the same was as III and IV, but I'd be more disappointed if they had voice acting, without the option to change it.

If an FFVI remake comes to America on the DS, I'd wish they give you...

Damn... I remember that boss in FFVIII. I was at pretty low HP when I encountered it, but I'm really good at RPG's, so I'll be fine, I thought.

I bet the boss battle with Zell being the only character still conscious, with 1 HP.

To be fair, it makes sense. Since Australia copies and releases an Australian version every game show known to man, they have to spend less to keep them in production.
