About Me:
LOSE 20 pounds! I reached that goal on November 23rd, 2011, roughly 3 months after starting this channel.
CURRENT GOAL:
maintain the 20 pound loss until I get settled into my new home in the USA (moving from Germany) at the end of Januray 2012.
MY NEXT GOAL: TO LOSE AN ADDITIONAL 15 POUNDS.
I'm doing The South Beach Diet pioneered by Dr. Arthur Agatston, a leading preventative Cardiologist:

I did this diet in 2003 and lost 25lbs which I kept off until my pregnancy in 2005. It worked for me once thus I am trying it again.

I think that your success shows that nobody have to be very obsessive about weigh. You are a person more calm, patient and wise. Of course with up-side-downs but very persistent.
I have bought the book and I'm on day two of phase 1, no hunger pains and have managed to not 'want' sugar foods.
However, my hubbie is a bit of a sweetaholic, and this has always been my downfall in the past - any tips on how to avoid the temptation.
