I will be posting random crap, my brother wants to use this page as a test run for his youtubeness. I shall partake in the madness as well.

Hi, I'm Joe. I like pie. I am a singer/composer: this is where I will post my stuff...hope you like it =)

As for the classical singing stuff/opera, I am just starting with a new vocal coach and I want to work with him for a while before I post any real singing. I am done with damaging technique for good!

I took off the names of my teachers, I will ask them permission if I can post their names on youtube. Sorry in advance! And thank you to for Habanero212 the heads-up.

Feel free to send me msg's to aid me along this musical journey of mine! I am forever a student so please don't hesitate to give me feedback/even instruction on singing, or your views, I'd love to hear them.

Best Wishes,
Joe

Sounds good. I have to say I disagree with the pava thing. I would say his "obsession with covering" it what kept his voice and top stable and brilliant throughout his career. And he NEVER sang in the throat. Thats a fact. I wish you could talk to my teacher about pava. Im convinced he's one of the best in the country. He studied with on of the best who ever lived. Anyways, I will eventually post things. I just want to wait until I think its sufficient enough to post. I dont want to become your typical young singer on youtube who sucks like everyone else, ya know? But definitely. Ill post a video when I make a MET debut. :) HAHAHA

That is, putting up any opera?

Hey It's me again. Im just curious on your thoughts of singing. Ive seen many of your comments and you seem to have quite a smart head on your shoulders. You just shocked me when you dissed Pavarotti. The man is a god. Hows the voice coming for you? Putting anything up anytime soon?

You're going to call me in Australia, m8? I'm going back to bed now. I was up in the middle of the night - couldn't sleep a wink. Don't worry, my friend. I figured it all out. Freddy Kempf was "ticked" off that day and took it out on the piano. lol
;)

Have a great wk-end!

Hi. Yes, it makes sense. Perhaps this was the only piece that Richter did not play as he normally does. It looked like he was beating the keyboard, but maybe it only looked that way.

Thanks for the discussion.

Best regards, Joe.

Hey, I figured I would reply on here. Unfortunately I disagree. Pavarotti never sang "in the throat". His 'obsession' with covering is what is right. He is the prime person to listen to in terms of technique, especially for tenors. He had a perfect "cover". I would love to talk to you more about this, I have to run right now though. I get back on later. Peace.
