I am an honors graduate of the Naval Academy and made 15 nuclear submarine patrols during the Cold and Vietnam Wars. My awards include the Legion of Merit and Vietnam Service Medal. The last submarine I served on could have destroyed over a hundred bases or medium size cities and killed millions of civilians in a very few minutes by itself. I've changed -- so can our public servants.
