Where did I say UK was the best country?

last post was for GBDeadnation because he thinks UK is the best country while in the UK you have less freedoms than in Holland, Spain, Germany, USA, etcetera.

I like Germany better than England because England is like a nanny state. In Germany you have the freedom to drive fast on most parts of Die Autobahn. In Germany there are 4 million legal firearm owners while in England you can't even have a gun or M 16 / AR 15 semiautomatic rifle. Pretty hard to invade Germany with 4 million M 16's style weapons around. In England some parts have Sharia Law so your country is giving in to radical muslims while not in Germany. Radical muslims openly call for killing of infidels in London, not in Berlin. In Germany the cars are better, food is better, drinks are better and cheaper. So perhaps you should stay in the EU and ask if some German politicians can run England. Germany sounds like the USA in most forms, oh, that's because we created Germany after WW II and made it more like our model.

@ below, flying to and from to the US is quite expensive, neh ? I only go twice a year for two weeks each time. I do my shopping in Barcelona, Amsterdam ( where I currently live ), Dusseldorf, and London. And only London is an hassle due to the one hour immigration waiting time + I have to use different money also.

It's about time that José Manuel Durão Barroso takes a strong position towards the UK. Join the Euro currency and the Schengen Area or be kicked out of the EU and I bet within a year the UK will have joined Schengen and the Euro currency because the UK needs the EU for trade. Sweden and Denmark must also join, in their case, the Euro zone. In the US I can use the $ everywhere and in Europe there are different currencies, very bad.

I have a Dutch student visa in my US passport, but every time I go to London as it's a great city do do some shopping, I have to take my passport and wait in line. EU citizens can stand in a separate line but as a non EU citizen I always have to wait on line for up to an hour. When I go to Germany or Spain there's no passport control, I do take it with me as I need to show an ID when I board the plane, but once landing in Spain there's nothing that I need to show. It's because Holland and Spain are Schengen, time UK becomes member of the Euro currency) and Schengen then I don't need to change money and / or wait up to an hour at immigration. British immigration rules steal an hour shopping time from me ! Camaron do something about it !
