Way to J ist eine Jugendkirche im evangelischen Dekanat Selters. Wir haben kein Kirchengebäude. Wir sind Kirche.
J steht für den, der unser wichtigster Bezugspunkt ist, der Mann aus Nazareth, Jesus. Wir wollen auf ihn hinweisen, weil wir glauben, dass er uns heute noch Entscheidendes zu bieten und zu sagen hat.
Mit unserer Gemeinschaft wollen wir Jesus zum Ausdruck bringen und damit ein Weg zu ihm sein. Wir vertrauen darauf, dass Jesus selbst auch ein Weg ist, nämlich zu Gott, dem Vater.
Eine Gemeinschaft, die Jesus zum Ausdruck bringen möchte, ist das spannendste Experiment, das wir uns vorstellen können. Hast Du Lust, uns kennen zu lernen? Oder mitzumachen?
Ein wenig stolz sind wir auf unseren Jugendraum in 56242 Selters, Saynstr. 4a. Komm und besuche uns dort. Bei einem Alphakurs oder einem XXL-Treff.
Oder komm zu einem unserer Jugend-Gottesdienste mit unserer Way-to-J-Band. Oder auf unsere jährliche Sommerfreizeit.
Way to J is a Youth-Church in the Protestant Deanary of Selters. We do not have a Church. We are Church.
J stands for the one, who for us is the most important benchmark, the man from Nazareth, Jesus. We want to refer to him, as we believe, that he wants to give us and has to tell us most important things today.
With our relationship we want to express Jesus. We want to be a way to him.We trust, that Jesus himself is a way to God, the father.
A relationship that wants to express Jesus is the most exciting experiment, we can imagine. You want to meet us? Or join us?
