Founded by a member of the US Air Force Special Operations Pararescue Team and self defined "Waterman", WaterMan Fitness aims to provide a fitness and health template that is synergistic with the Waterman lifestyle.
What is WaterMan Fitness?
WaterMan Fitness is a fitness & health template that is synergistic with the Waterman lifestyle. Simply put, a functional "workout" model that compliments and improves the time already spent paddling, surfing, swimming, kiting, etc. Task specific to body movements applied during sport.
WaterMan Fitness is a "training for life" model; NOT a 6, 9, or 12-week program aimed at aesthetics. Periodization occurs on an individual basis.
WaterMan Fitness focuses on 4 fitness facets: strength, endurance, balance, & flexibility, with a specific focus on core involvement in all activities.
WaterMan Fitness is scalable to any fitness level and any age.
WaterMan Fitness teaches you to instinctively train your body eliminating imbalance and weakness
WaterMan Fitness workouts can be tailored to supplement individual disciplines (i.e. training camps, spin-ups for big wave season, etc).
WaterMan Fitness aims to make fitness a daily habit that you look forward to; not a chore.
WaterMan Fitness makes you more resilient to injuries, meaning more time enjoying family, friends, ocean, and life.
WaterMan Fitness brings over 15 years experience in multiple disciplines and countless schools of thought to a single evolving and progressive "program".
