Of course ladder anxiety is a real thing. Its not that you are afraid of playing the game, you LOVE the game, its fear that you will lose, and rating will go down and you won't be able to stay in the league you are in. Sort of a self fulfilling phobia actually.

If you lose a zepp over land you get a dizzyness condition for a looooooooooooong time, so unless you have a tp (which grubby did) you are in trouble. If you lose it over forest or water, they die. It was a really close call.
