I'm pretty sure this video is useful and informative... but why the damn music? It's annoying as hell, and it makes it hard to hear a word you say. I'm just sayin'.

Music is good when u r listening to music... but in the middle of an instructional video? Sorry guy, just how it is.

Hmmm... seems like you could use MUCH less water... and leave it more concentrated. If you make, say, 2.5 gallons with the same amount of active ingredients, then you need far fewer containers, and can do a load with a quarter cup of soap instead of a full cup...

@NewPeaceOrder Couldn't another option be to not radically change anything, and gently evolve our knowledge and systems to become better and better? (like a workout program: improve a little every day).

ALL of this has been used with great success by companies. My personal experience was within Hewlett Packard, where all of these elements were alive and well, and that company has been practicing it for over 70 years.

This is old news. Hewlett Packard was employing this... and it's over 70 years old.

@oaesis correct... it's just like the education system... we throw MASSIVE amounts of money at the education system, and in return get crap. Our education results have been sliding downward as we toss more money, benefits, etc. on to it.
