If you ever get the chance, could you do a video on transfer cases? Like removing, inspecting, ect. I have a 86 3/4 ton scottsdale that won't engage in 4wd, I know it's the lockers, it's the transfer case. Any ideas on what I should do?

One thing I don't like about this is that the exhaust is coming out at the back of the tires. Makes them more vulnerable to rust. If I was you, I would straight pipe the bastard and throw a modified cam in it. That truck is a beast, get a headache rack, pto winch, boggers, and your ready to go.

I know how you feel, whenever I work on my 86 my back starts killing me to the point where I have to sit. I'm only 16 and already have back problems from lifting heavy shit off my truck. Got any tips for the pain? Also, is the 84 and the 86 lockers the same? Mines a 86 k20 scottsdale.
