In honor of Reformation Day I'm making a reform of my own.
--I'M DONE VOICE ACTING--
Q: Is this a break?
A: No, this is permanent
Q: Why?
A: Scheduling issues and loss of interest. You keep a hobby for as long as you enjoy it, and unfortunately it's become unenjoyable. As directors probably noticed, I wasn't making the time lately, because it stopped making me happy :( and honestly, me not doing the work wasn't benefitting anyone. So at the end of the day, I truly feel it's better this way.
Q: What about the unfinished series you've committed to?
A: Unfortunately I'm dropping them; **however, I have completed lines for Venin Abyss up through the concluding episode**
Q: Isn't dropping everything kind of bitchy and self-serving?
A: Yeah. But although it probably seems kind of hollow, I really am sorry for causing an inconvenience.
Q: So that's really it?
A: Pretty much. I'll probably do some more side-projects like "DMV Tyrant" and "Diary of a Snow Shoveller," but other than that, I'm done.
DONE LIST (Updated 10/31)
--Chase: "Infamous Audrey: Ep5" (ekpictureees) UNEDITED--SENT
--Mason: "Red October: Pt1" (chocolatte0809) UNEDITED--SENT
--Kevin: "Isolation" (alittlemid) UNEDITED--SENT

Q: Why is my Username WalrusInATopHat?
A: It's a memorable nickname my friends gave me after they watched this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Why they decided that it was the only name that could describe me, I have no idea.
Q: YummyBakura of the YT Acct: http://www.youtube.com/yumm... called you her wife...WTF?
A: She is my husband when my hair is not looking. Though that is seldom, you still cannot has -_-
Country:
United States
Interests:
Theatre, violin, talking with people worth talking to, and reading literature worth reading, Ireland and Russia, Musicals and finding the libretto/full score and following it intensely, writing and listening to music
Movies:
(Movies)I like movies where the animal is the villain (unless it involves legless creatures i.e. worms, leeches, etc.), practically anything with Helena Bonham Carter :), and admittedly mindless action, horror, or romance movies.(Shows)House, Top Chef, A Haunting, Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, Two and a Half Men, Family Guy, The Simpsons
Music:
Honestly, you look on my MP3 player, you're going to find that half of the stuff on it is from well known Musicals (i.e. Les Mis, POTO, Wicked, the painfully obvious exception of Rogers and Hammerstein, etc.), as well as some more obscure Musicals (i.e. A Little Night Music, Carrie the Musical, The Scarlet Pimpernel, etc.), I love Classical music played with real emotions (esp. Vivaldi, Shostakovich, Rachmaninoff, Mussorgsky, Borodin, and the painfully obvious exception of Telemann, etc.), I have recently discovered the magic of newer composers like Mark Bannister, R.A. Winkelmann, and for those of you who know non-Western music Bao Yuan-Kai. Movie trailers and movie score music is an epic win (long live Zimmer and Morricone!) and yes, I enjoy some old Rock and R&B too. XD
Books:
The Color Purple, As I Lay Dying, If plays count: The Crucible, Angels in America, Laramie Project, 'Night, Mother, Baby with the Bathwater, Laughing Wild, and pretty much anything else by Christopher Durang, Ten November and almost anything by Steven Dietz, Eurydice (Sarah Ruhl), Rabbit Hole and almost anything by David Lindsay Abaire, Medea, Hamlet, Macbeth, History Boys, The Mercy Seat, (a bit of a stretch, but...) libretti, esp those by Sondheim

Have you seen the Phantom of the Opera? One of my favourites. <3
