I appreciate your concern and I do worry sometimes still. It is truly only easy in so far as one can play it with some depth fairly early on, but to master a slow and fairly empty piece (in terms of notes vs. time) is almost impossible. Here I would draw upon the famous first movement of the moonlight sonata - you can hear kids at school playing it, but they will never play it like Arrau. Thank you for the compliment, I'm hoping to upload more soon, perhaps some Rachmaninoff or some more Satie. Take care.

In response to a comment you made on Gnossienne No. 3 (couldn't respond on the page, not sure why): Come on Wahncynic, I would say that on a purely compositional basis this is a simple piece. That certainly doesn't make it easy nor does it take away from its sublime beauty. I would say that the simpler pieces are often more difficult to master. It is extraordinary when the context of the composition is considered, the time and the place. When you stick this next to Debussy or Ravel then you suddenly realise how awesome Satie was.

Du bist also immer noch extrem betrunken :D

Nein. Ich finde den Song wirklich galaktisch! Die Progressionen der Chords, Kadenzen und Gesang sind im Abgleich mit anderen Pop-Songs nahezu phänomenal!
