I'll never forget pulling into Mags and be the fourth or fifth car in line and be scared to death the cops were going to come by and see me. Of course, if they drove by, there was no way they were going ...

Somehow, I don't feel one bit sorry for this guy. I think the cops actually took it easy on him compared to what he deserved. I'm in favor of one of the cops that caught him on the street just putting a bullet in him and saying he lunged for their gun.

If Larry had taken all of the wide open shots he had instead of passing to others who were wide open, he would have averaged 10 more points per game for his career. If you watch, half of these great passes, Bird had an easy shot and passed it up for the assists. Great player. Maybe the greatest.

@HiddenHeartsCry Not sure what part of Harlan Co. you are from, but this is most certainly not a misrepresentation. I've seen many people dance in shacks and I'm only 40 years old. And do people in Harlan not beat dogs? Animal abuse if common in Harlan. Ever seen anyone throw a bag of puppies off...
