Ok, so my brother and I are together for the first time in over a year. Me back from Japan, and him from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis MD. My brother (Nate Brown) has been producing electronic music under the name "Baasik" for around three months. This is his first attempt at Dubstep. I offered him a little exposure in exchange for a little dignity, thus, this pony riddled dub was born; a collaboration between a Brony and a Gilda. Love and tolerate bronies... Love, tolerate, and if possible, collaborate! :-P

Easily the most ambitious project I've undertaken to date. A bulk of the work here was devoted to masking and lipsync, whilst the effects and final edits only took a span of a long weekend to finish.
Though it's very Twilight-centric, this video owes a lot to the fanon interpretation of Luna and all of the fan-labor surrounding it, not least of all the works of artists like CrappyUnicorn (http://crappyunicorn.deviantart.com/), RizCifra (http://rizcifra.deviantart.com/) and composer Not A Clever Pony (http://notacleverpony.bandcamp.com/) and his influential Princess Luna EP. These people were major inspirations in the making of this, and I cannot thank them enough. They're also way more talented than I am, for reals.

Dear Princess Celestia, today I learned what a gigantic pain in the flank it is to perform frame-by-frame video masking... But it was worth it!
Here's a video based on a suggestion from user Boolderdash on /r/mylittlepony/. As soon as I read it, I knew I had to try and make it. The results aren't exactly stellar, but I'm still pretty happy with it as an exercise. I learned a lot about using Motion 5 and Final Cut Pro X - Though the whole process took up more time than I expected.
As always, I OWN NONE OF THIS. Hasbro/The Hub own the ponies, and various other folks own the gaggle of clips I used to make the rest of the video. I don't make money off this - I just hope to make smiles.
