Spend a week logging EVERYTHING you eat or drink. eat at a calorie deficit based off your BMR, don't eat any junk foods or sugary drinks etc. Exercise. I spent my life at 120kg and fat, thinking I can't lose weight. It is all about diet and exercise.

I don't usually eat alot of meat, I mostly eat vegetarian. However, when I do cook up some beef I don't like to use 'rub' or flavorings. Buy some GOOD quality beef, salt and pepper before cooking and simply grill it a few minutes on each side.

Yeah I was looking at upgraded suspension especially since I'm planing to run with a 30L fuel tank.

I prefer the Suzuki boulevard M50 to the Honda shadow, Personally, I would buy an iron 883, but I've test ridden both the M50 and the iron, and the HD is just so sub-par.

Has GM worked with Daewoo to improve the quality and reliability on these yet? When I've driven them, they have to be the most ill-thought cars ive experienced, from where the seat adjuster is placed, to no spare room to rest your clutch foot (even my proton has a foot rest there!)

Its impressive for a GM Daewoo, but it cheapens the quality of Holden in Australia. I enjoyed Holden small cars when they were Opel, hopefully they can raise the quality and reliability of the Daewoo cars or it will hurt their reputation a bit.

The standard virago is ugly as sin, this is a dreambike, fantastic work.

Oh and I agree mahindra are fantastic cars, but they are ugly as hell. And maruti is just running under the knowledge of suzuki, but they make a good product (the a-star is good)
