if you fitted a new cat you mite have gotton more bhp back as some dum dums put additives in the fuel which doesnt fully burn up and gets blocked in the cat, also over time the cat will also get block up by over fueling (happens to all cars time to time) so if your going to do a full engine build...

i will post up the 1.8 zetec-e (now runing 151bhp 128lb/ft) before i pull it out for my track 2.0 (hopfuly runing 200bhp N/A)

the focus on there is a focus 2.0 zetec T-TWO20R (the t means turbo, two20 means bhp and r means rally) the mk1.5 rs is a lesser car and it should have never been given the rs name.

you got a 2.0 dura with race tec as std the focus has got a zetec thats beening limited by vvt. also the st170 and fiesta st are both the 150bhp mark as std the focus never had 170bhp new thay was lucky to see 160bhp new
