and about the power levels, remember, Kenpachi around twice the reiatsu of a captain, Aizen above that, but not too far above since Unohana said Ichigo had a chance against aizen just due to the fact Ichigo had around twice the reaitsu of a captain and Yamamoto above aizens reiatsu
