Wanda Hines is the Director of the SEIP; a program of the City of Burlington Vermonts Legacy Project. The mission is to identify and support leadership in the community to facilitate sustainable and effective social change. The SEIP would like to move beyond the challenging and transforming crossroads of a demographically changing population by recognizing commonality and a shared vision for an equitable and sustainable community for future generations. Our goals can only accomplish by involving community members who are leaders in the community and come from different backgrounds and possess different talents.
