Some technique lessons are in private. All the sparring ones are in private b/c they are neither to instruct nor to entertain. Instructor Davin's videos are in private b/c he is still dertermining which ones he would like to release. The videos where I am training with him, I will not set to public until I have his permission. some are demo videos of us practicing techniques.

I have uploaded new videos in my Becoming a Disciple page that gives demonstrations to all the exercises that I need for you to do. Actually I am certifying myself in the video's so you will see all the exercises there. The arrow hold is like holding a lunge. The cat hold is squating down as far as you can with one leg and then holding that position.
