Well, my own grandfather was a member of the "Heimwehr", this means member of Dollfuß' and Schuschniggs paramilitary group. Seems as if he believed that Schuschnigg was a good man too - as we know today, too many people had to die for the Austrofschist way.
And as I think, Schuschnigg hated the Nazis for the wrong reason - to protect his own faschism against Hitler - also a fellow-countryman from Austria.
