@SmerrillS You could try Cooler Master Sickleflow fans, but some people think those are loud too. I have 5 of them plus 4 megaflows in my case though and my ceiling fan and the clock on my wall is still louder.

This case just looks like a Cooler Master HAF X with different styling. Not a bad thing, but it definitely looks like Thermaltake just copied the HAF X and stuck different bezels on it.

@AliensShitToo Well he's using a GTX 460 which is a mid-range card and will actually probably be considered lower tier pretty soon, and he's probably recording with fraps. Fraps uses a lot of resources in order to record and will decrease overall performance.

@roguehavikk It's only a $25 difference though and the i5 runs cooler and uses less power.

@N1ck23allDay He came out with a new album a year ago. How quickly do you think he can write songs, make beats for them, record them, tweak and edit them, and then mass produce them? I would expect another album until at least 2014.

You need the best performing system just to curb against bottle necking. There probably won't be any difference between Z68 and X79, but I would say go with the high end X79 anyway.

@iVision3D It's just a setting in the video drivers that you have to set up. You're going to want a lot of graphics horsepower though.
