About Me:
I love good beers. Especialy if they are unfiltered and low on hops like wheat beers. But my beer taste isnt limited so even some bitters can be good for my taste.
Becouse of my love for beer i'm aiming to become 100% hombrewer. My aim is to produce a beer thats entirely made by myself except grains of course. That means ill try to produce malt and yeast by myself instead of buying it. So far i had accidents in doing that but hey so far i am just learning and hopefuly if all goes well one day ill have a brewpub in our family pub. If i will be lucky i might even have a microbrewery.
At least thats what my dreams are : )
