I'm a 28 yo female living on the beach in Southern California in a town called Oceanside. I'm going to be 29 in February 2010 and I have been over 200 lbs since junior high so my goal is to be under 200 lbs by the time I turn 30 next year. My starting point is around 305 lbs so I have 105 lbs to lose. I also have a challenge group called 100 lbs in 10 months on a website called www.livestrong.com and this is also where I track all my calories. I live in a condo with a gym, pool, my personal sauna, my Wii Fit, a mini trampoline, and a bike trail in front along the beach so there is no reason I can't acheive my goals. I have no excuses and I have plenty of time, opportunities and support available to me so I'm ready to tackle this year full force and I'm open and welcoming to anyone who wants to join the journey with me!!
