    The camera was a Canon pocket camera. It shoots amazing HD video and stills. That model is no longer available. The current model is even better. Canon Powershot SX260HS. I think there is a newer model coming very soon. SX280HS.

    That shot was from a promotional video on an earlier A380 test flight. The hard bank was done by test pilots to show off the Singapore Airlines livery to observers on the ground. I like the shot so I included it in my video.

    Most airlines are greedy and using this hideous new concept of 3-3-3 in their 787 Y class. Pax on Qatar 787 hate the Y seats and even worse, there is a big IFE box under each seat making the foot area half the size it should be. What a pity! This great new plane is being abused and isn't the amazing experience Boeing promised because of the density. Fortunately there are options. I'll take an SQ A380 LAX-NRT any day. Wide comfy seats and great service. ANA 777-ER is great too. Forget UA 787 :(
