I tried dozens of texture packs and the only one I really like is Improved Default. Still 16x but with better glass and grassier grass. I can tolerate 32x but everything above that just looks strange as hell. Minecraft is a blocky game. Textures that pretend it is not make it look very awkward.

@wreckless4485 Yeah, that and it doesn't even work with every ice spell. If you use different spells than Frost Bite the beams go down but if you cast it again nothing happens.

@AstroOwl Did you by any chance build it in multiplayer? This only works in SSP because the hit boxes is multiplayer are different, you can't hit their feet there.
