1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Egg White
2 TBSP Brown Rice Malt Syrup (I got mine off Amazon, but you could use Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup)
1/4 Cup of Vanilla Protein (I use the Clean & Lean Vanilla Protein Excellence - http://vdmakeup.com/1EenToE
- but you could just sub in some extra Oats or Flour with a touch of Vanilla Essence)
1 Cup Oats (blended if you want your batter to be smooth)
1/2 Stevia (or just Sugar if you want)
A Pinch of Salt
OPTIONAL: A Handful of Chocolate Chips AND/OR 1 TSP Baking Powder
Mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients, place into balls on a baking parchment lined baking tray, then bake in a fan oven at 180°C for 6-10 minutes (I pop them in for 8). Once removed leave for 10 mins to firm up - done! Convert grams to cup measurements here - http://vdmakeup.com/1hzyJem
