The lead has kool portamento and an assertive quality that definitely sounds like a Minimoog. I have Arturtia's Minimoog V, but for your money Gmedia's 'Minimonsta' is a better VST for those sounds. Compress it heavily!
The bass doesn't sound 'Moogy'; it sounds more like an early Roland Juno-6/...
