These workouts are depressing.. Get back to real training.. This is bullshit pain and torture workouts with light weights and circuit drop set fancy bullshit for a trainer to be unique and make money and get publicity.. You feel like you're getting a workout but you won't grow. GET BACK TO BASICS...

I think this training style is good every now and then for him.. But he needs to get back to the basics and go heavy and hard in order to continue to grow. These workouts just wear you down over time.. Only good occasionally as a shocking routine.

This said nothing about caffiene while breastfeeding..
