I think this was planned originally for a set up between Bret Hart vs Hulk Hogan at the Summer Slam that was to follow. Something happened though and it never came to pass. I don't think Bret would've encouraged Hogan to go into the ring unless he believed he was getting the match at Summer Slam '93
