Hey everyone I'm Taylor! I absolutely love music, especially video game and film music. I'm a total nerd at heart and have played video games ever since I can remember. My favorite video game is Final Fantasy VII and I remember first being so impressed with it because of the amazing music. Although I enjoy the classics, I don't think anything moves me as much as the music found in the Final Fantasy series. I've been playing the violin for about 16 years now and have started taking some videos of my favorite songs. I hope you have as much fun watching as I had playing!

**My website is finally up! I've made it and funded it myself so please don't expect anything fancy lol. Q: Do you use sheet music in your videos?
A: I don't use sheet music for about 90% of my videos, I play by ear and make up my own arrangements. I write in the description of my videos whether or not I used sheets. I'm transcribing sheets for my website at http://www.violintay.com so please check there before sending a message!

Q: What is a good starter violin?
A: I've been getting this question a lot, and it's really hard for me to answer because it all depends on your budget and level of interest. Please reference my tutorial #1 video because I discuss this question at length there!

Q: Will you play my requested song?
A: Unfortunately I receive so many requests now that I would never be able to get through all of them! I appreciate receiving suggestions, and I'm more likely to perform something that is highly requested, or something that I am personally interested in performing.

Q: Have you played the video games you play songs from?
A: Yes to a lot of them, I usually write that in the video description. The Final Fantasy series is my absolute favorite. I don't play console games as much as I used to but I still do play some games on the computer.
