I enjoyed your comments about cutting back on sugars. A revelation recently for me is to know what's in the foods I eat. Some fruits are better for me than others because some are less packed with their own sugars than others. Same for carbs. Even vegetable carbs. I prefer eating fruits that are what I call "lean" in natural sugars and cards that are "lean" in carbs. For example, veggies that are higher in fiber and lower in starch. It really pays to know exactly what foods work with your body and what doesn't.
