HEY Bro umm my names adyn im fron australia and ive been working out for about 8 months now and ive lost lost of wait and im SOOOOOOO!!! close to having that sexy 6 pac but in the last week my cravings for food has gone out of control, like i carnt stop my self from eating and i dont want to gane weight because i came to for my abs to kill it now WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP MY SELF FROM CRAVING OUT OF CONTROL??
