In child support you must be named as an Obligor, and it identified by a ssn, the ssn is government property, 20 C.F.R. 422.103(d) the name you state for the court is that of the ssn and created joinder between you and the govt owned entity whos name is spelled just yours in all capital letters, joinder is mandatory.
