About Me:
Although I learnt to strum chords when I was in my early teens, it was only when I turned 50 that I came back to the guitar determined to teach myself to play finger style. I realised that there was a lot of teaching material out there which didn't exist when I was young. So I started buying a couple of Stefan Grossman DVD's and he and Roy Book Binder inspired and set me off on my musical path - mostly blues but I also love Leo Kottke's music and only wish I could play more of his stuff.
The uploads are really a record of my learning path (not in order) and also to remind myself of some of the pieces I've learnt (which I tend to forget).
Best of luck to all of you who share my interest in traditional blues inspired acoustic guitar playing.
Take care.
