I talk about myself a lot, unless I'm requested to. Like with everything else, if you tell me to do something, I mentally block.

Hi, my name is Christina. I'm 23. I'm a disillusioned journalism major.

I hate when people ask me what I enjoy doing on my spare time, because I just do whatever I feel like doing. What entertains me one day, may bore me the next. I like writing and/or inserting my opinion on miscellaneous subjects through miscellaneous mediums, consistently. I do that pretty much everyday, regardless of whether I intend to do so.

I'm fascinated by the ancient Egyptians, particularly its mythology, as well as the black plague and folklore from other cultures. Sometimes I read Wikipedia articles on morbid subjects.

I somewhat like being scared. I pick up energies easily. Atmosphere is one of the most important influences on my creativity. I have an overactive imagination, which makes it all the more exciting, but it's a curse as well as a blessing. I'm prone to nightmares because of it.

I have arthritis. Some of it is injury related and some of it's hereditary. I have a metal rod inserted in my arm from a surgery I had when I was nine years old. I suffered a terrible fracture in my arm. When the weather becomes especially cold or damp, I can feel it in my bones. Without taking anything for it, it affects my mood.

I have social anxieties. I'm actually really shy initially. Depending on how you react to me, I may find my comfort zone very easily but if you're going to respond to it negatively, it'll reinforce it. Most people really like me after they've gotten to know me, unless they're dicks in general. I don't mean to congratulate myself or glorify my personality, but in general people who dislike me don't have a good reason. That's fine, because quite frankly, people that fickle aren't worthy of proving myself to anyway.

I like all types of music. Now with a straight face: I like all...fuck it, no I don't. I like metal. I really like a few darkwave acts and a lot of EBM, but I don't suffer from EBM or darkwave withdrawals like I do metal. It's a staple to my musical collection. However, just by scanning my profile, it's most likely a giveaway.
