The correct way to measure deflection is to shoot the cue ball and measure how far offline it goes. No other balls should be involved for accurate results.

Lol. This test is horse crap. Cue ball deflection is the distance the CUE BALL travels offline from it's intended path with an off-center hit. This test is measuring THROW, which is the distance the spin on the cue ball pushes the object off-line due to spin induced. The Predator has higher throw...
