CAUTION! - Внимание! - ¡ Precaución! - Mise en garde! - Achtung! - चेतावनी! - 注意 - 警告,告誡: EARTH BIRTHING NEW HUMAN SPECIES:
"FIND THE OTHERS!" -- Terence McKenna "THERE IS NOTHING AS POWERFUL AS AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME." -- Victor Hugo
Huic erant vos prognatus: Evolve to a level of greater being. Upon yourself, by your own efforts, effect a real "bloomed" mutation in consciousness. And in that flowering fullness--the raying incandescence of realized being--grok the higher dimensions (and resonances) of consciousness and intelligence. Vibrant with the rapture of illusionless, unbounded freedom; and possessed of the ever-fountaining "wonder/frenzy " of Real Will (inherent in the souls of all spacefaring species), seek out your evolving brethren. Together with them, empowered by such a spirited FUSION of communion and cooperation as mankind has never known, explore the universe: Discover whence you came forth...and why....
Save yourselves: And you save the 'diamond-spark-seed' of Divinity within you planted so long ago. A 'critical, self-sustainable, self-realized and transforming mass' of you: Migrate into space. From there--from that "coign of vantage"--do what you can to save Earth. If, however, the present scenario-in-progress here continues, in its programmatic fashion, on its fatalistic course to a terminus of suicidal, planetary-scale destruction, then, the "finer part"--and the infinitely greater future--of humankind shall still not perish from the cosmos. The cusp of time for the fledged of our kind to leave the nest has come.
For the moment, the question--How precisely to achieve this millenial purpose?--is a matter I must leave with you.
Addendum (2012): Cosmic Life & UFO's:
In this universe the laws of life or nature (based upon our present formal knowledge) appear to be "everywhere the same"--laws that, of course, embrace those of evolution--so that a strong case may be made for the "life everywhere" hypothesis: Wherever life can metabolize, cell-divide, seep, crawl; wherever it can get the scrimpiest claw-, paw-, or toe-hold, it will develop and it will evolve; and, generally speaking, over immeasureable immensities of time (even if its environmental conditions are only par), it will begin to show signs redolent of a primal intelligence. At this juncture its real journey begins. (And we human beings may consider ourselves fortunate late-bloomers in this regard, by the way.)
Now, at our present stage of evolution, some of the "higher petals" of our flowering consciousness are only beginning to unfold. These metaphorical petals pertain to finer, more rarefied or advanced psychic and cerebral powers. In other words, we presently are not the wonderful full-bloomed species we might become. If we were, all our current crises should instantly evaporate. In truth, a complete God-like apparatus dwells in our craniums, yet quite few among us learn to use it with a masterful virtuosity.
With regard to super-advanced extraterrestrials: first, if any are in our immediate galactic neighborhood, they quite probably know about us. Actual contact with a few of us?--I do not know. (Do a UFO hoax, reality, and 'hyper-reality' all presently co-exist perhaps?) I admit this is my own subjective epiphany, but I daresay an unwritten higher law exists in this cosmos that prohibits the direct or overt intervention of alien beings in our affairs--particularly at this point in our evolution. ...For we have just reached our own do-or-die crossroad. And the silent universal command is that each species--at a maturational stage comparable with our own--shall merit its ascendance; in other words, it shall make the evolutionary leap to its next higher level alone...without outside help of any kind whatsoever. Therefore, these galactic, or even inter-galactic brethren--per force of this implicit cosmic law--are relegated to a kindly yet discreet spectator status.
If these beings, more escalated than we on evolution's spiral stair, possess emotions resembling our own, they must be observing the throes of our plight with a loving, if veritably unbearable compassion.
Presently, as a species, we are the makers of our fate; still not the masters of our destiny.
Nevertheless, we cannot--and we must not--hope for guardian angels incarnate from beyond the sky to save us with succor and counsel.
If it were possible to conduct a survey to determine which species throughout the cosmos have survived passage "through the eye of the needle," the straits of rampant, exponentially accelerating or runaway "nest-fouling" technology--which species, in other words, did not destroy themselves through war and the "dark side" of a ruinous, overreaching materialism--I am convinced absolutely that we should discover it was just those species, some part of whom became spacefaring upon first cusp of their civilization's technical and scientific capacity for them to do so.
