My favorite scene in the movie. McGonagall has been so reserved and proper to this point. In preceding few minutes (while Snape's talking), there's a great shot of McGonagall looking at the floor, pained as if she doesn't know what to do. She clearly decided it was time to kick somebody's ass.

If I had to pick a single favorite moment from all of the movies, it would be the second in this scene when Dumbeldore swept Harry out of the way with one hand and wielded his wand like a whip in the other. 0:32-0:33. Badass.

To me, Bellatrix's overhead casting of that spell is one of the inconic images of the entire series. Beautifully done. Watch it in slow-mo or freeze it.

I love the "bitch, please" look on Arthur Weasley's face at 0:53.

Aberforth's patronus at 1:08 was my favorite moment of the whole movie. Seriously bad ass.

I didn't notice until now how poorly this was edited. Half the time Harry's on his knees, the other half he's on his feet. This was a good movie, but a terrible ending.

This was the best scene in the movie, I thought. I wonder how much of it was improvised by two brilliant comedians.

I have to say, I'd loved the movie. But I thought the say they disposed of Bellatrix was stupid. They should've just had Molly blow her ass about half way across the room.
