And I'm saying that your geography sucks. Las Vegas isn't anywhere between Alberta and Florida, lest your taking the "zig-zag" route through the United States. Like I said, half way is roughly Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

If you take the shortest route from Alberta to Florida, it should follow: S to Montana, S to Wyoming, E to Nebraska, SE to Missouri, SE to Tennesee, S to Alabama, and finally S to Florida. Las Vegas is located in Nevada, which is to the far south west of Alberta. In fact, half-way between Alberta and Florida is roughly Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
