I'm just gonna throw it out there and say that 3.6 pounds a week is pretty beast and it's nothing to sneeze at. Losing any more than that is kinda risky and I would be suspect about how healthy it would be to lose more than 3-5 lbs. a week, but it's a sign of some serious effort. Keep up the goo...
