I have some rules when i play pokemon, and they are:
Uber clause
Species clause
Evasion clause
Sleep clause
OHKO clause
illegal movesets and over 510 EVs are also not allowed (for obvious reasons)
YES, i do allow event pokemon and event moves ;)
I also allow Salamence, Manaphy and Latias (without soul dew!) cause i think that it is bullshit to have them in the Uber tier (even though Smogon has). I also allow Garchomp in roulettes and monotype battles.
These rules counts for everyone, unless we have agreed to something else,
