Nice smooth kipping pullups. Whoever said pullups had to just use back and biceps? This actually helps train for athletic power and is a good to get clients ready for power cleans or other explosive movements. Dead hang pull ups have their merits, but kipping are best for athletes.

This is from an old school compilation called Short music for short people by fat wreck chords. Its all songs that are about 30 seconds long by like 100 bands. A lot of the songs are awesome, because if you are a good band, you can put together an incredibly awesome 30 second song
