Trendspotting

Trendspotting keeps a critical finger on the pulse of the Zeitgeist by reporting about cultural events worldwide. We do this online (via this YouTube channel and our website) as well as offline, in the form of a series of TV documentairies for dutch VPRO television.

We ask cultural experts like artists, designers, critics and curators from all over the world to make a TrendCast: a short video statement about the direction they think the cultural world is going.

You can participate by posting a video response to an experts TrendCast. The best responses will be shown in the next television broadcast of Trendspotting (which will be available as vodcast of course).
