About Stefan "Contreras" Lysenko for U.S. House (CA 32)
May 19, 2009, the 32nd Congressional district of California held a primary election to replace the former Representative, Hilda Solis, who was appointed Secretary of Labor.
12 Candidates ran, but turnout in both the primary and the general election the following month was less than 11%.
The final result was that a career politicians with 1.6 million dollars in campaign funding was elected by 7% of the eligible potential voters in that district.
Untill this changes - NOTHING will change.
