It's a unique version of No Regrets, written by Tom Rush but perhaps more famous by the Walker Brothers. Justin's sole performance of this was at his charity show at the Apartment in Swindon 1st October 2005.

Glad you like it, unfortunately that's the last of my video - wish I'd caught Bruce's first song but, can't turn back the clock!
