Want to win a Fitbit? Make a video response! It's that easy!
Topic #1: It's an hour before midnight and you have 5000 steps left to go. Make a video demonstrating how you'd get to 10k
Topic #2: Wake someone up! - Fun video waking up a parent, sibling, child, pet, etc. As long as you're somehow promoting the quality of sleep metric of the fitbit you're good to go.
Topic #3: How many flights of stairs can you climb? Show us! Bonus points for creativity.
Attach Video Response by Friday Feb 24th at Noon Eastern or buy a fitbit here: http://j.mp/getfitbit
If you aren't familiar with the fitbit it's basically an internet connected pedometer on steroids. During the day it counts how many steps you take, it lets you track activities such as the treadmill at the gym separately too, and in the new version they just came out with it even tracks how many flights of stairs you've climbed. When you're sleeping you wear it on your wrist and it tracks how well you sleep at night.
All of this information is transmitted wirelessly back to fitbit.com where you get some really awesome graphs and statistics of your activity to help becoming more fit or just a record for you too look at for fun. One of the statistics it gives you is exactly how many calories you burned during the day so if you enter in the food you've eaten you can watch the two graphs, calories consumed and calories burned and as long as you eat less then you burn you're losing weight!
I really do love this device and I'm so happy Fitbit teamed up with me so I can run "Fitbit February" or Fitruary. My own personal goal for this month is to complete the recommended 10,000 steps a day, or at least on average, and I challenge you all to do that as well. I also challenge you to make a video response to this video answering one or more of the three suggested video topics and I'll be picking at least one of you to get a free fitbit ultra just like this!
Feel free to make three video responses answering each of the suggested topics for an extra chances at winning! All video responses need to be completed and attached to this video by noon eastern on Friday February 24th and you need to be subscribed to my channel to be eligible. As an added bonus Fitbit has committed to giving away an extra fitbit if this video gets over 10,000 views so like, favorite, comment, and share this with all your friends as well to help increase your odds!
If you already have a fitbit tracker I've also created a group on there for YouTuber's http://www.fitbit.com/group/2296BC so please join up and there may be something special for those who do the best there too. If you don't already have a fitbit and want to just go out and get one you can order one at http://j.mp/getfitbit.
Thanks so much for watching and I can't wait to give away these fitbit's! Happy Fitbit February!
