Urban Athletics is a group of people interested or training in parkour, freerunning, tricking and street-stunts in and around the Brighton and Hove areas.

As a unit we are a real mixture of styles and disciplines. "We respect all and believe in giving credit where it's due, instead of promoting any one discipline above others"

We are all at different levels and are a wide range in ages. We just get together to enjoy, and improve, what we do.
