We're Urban Athletics and this is our video channel. Some of our original videos have been lost and most of these you see now were from 2007-8. See update below, for more!

Urban Athletics is a group of people interested or training in parkour, freerunning, tricking and street-stunts in and around the Brighton and Hove areas of the UK.

As a unit we are a real mixture of styles and disciplines. "We respect all and believe in giving credit where it's due, instead of promoting any one discipline above others"

We are all at different levels and we have a wide range of ages. We get together to enjoy, and improve, what we do.

UPDATE
Most of our original members have moved on and those that are left have improved and developed. What we are in need of is a new video...we are working on it so watch this space!
