NO it isnt like this, its just that there arent a lot applications & benchmarks out that suppoert 8 cores. in multithread applications 8 amd threads beat 8 intel threads ( ok ht but anyway ). if cinebench supports the xeon 16 threads its just, because its made to calculate it ...
