HOLY CRAP!! this is my branch! i'm a teller too and this is what happens. We send the people over and our manager INFORMED US that they didn't count because they had service questions and we'ren't opening anything. Can't bleed a skeleton I say, but chase tries!

The customers on unemployment are fed up with us asking them to open accounts. Well, we cash free checks for most non-customers.. and do the cards with no problems.. What do they expect!! I've actually heard non -customers curse at the bankers and manager for this.. LOL!

You should work there.It's longer hold times. I had a all day call when my system crashed! You use to have to call 3x to get the right answer when you had a problem. Now it's all India and they have NO CLUE how to fix things.
